Hi Mutali,
Just few questions?

Do your web server is running on the same post that you use to run the data entry application?
If yes :
[*]verify if your web server apache is running
[*]Verify if the name of your server directory is CSWEB without sub directory like you entered it here.
[*]paste the full url http://localhost/csweb/ui in your browser to see it you got a response. then Connect with your admin password
[*]In you get connected properly Just enter the same credential in the synchronization window in the data entry application. Unchek Download Dictionary to see if that make a difference

If NO : [*]Enter the domain name or the IP address of the post where the web server is running like http:192.168.4.5/csweb/api or http://myserverweb.com/api

Be aware some server web require only https connection in this case you should use https://myserverweb.com/api

My regards
