There are generally two ways that people manage double entry operations in CSPro:

1) Independent verification. In this model, you have two keyers enter the data to separate data files. Once they both finish, you use the Compare Data tool to compare the files. One of the keyers, or a third independent person, resolves the differences. This is the most thorough way to double enter data.

2) Dependent verification. In this model, one person keys the data, and then another keyer launches CSEntry in verify mode and enters the data to the same data file that the first keyer used. CSEntry will indicate when an entered value differs from the initial entry and the second keyer will either accept the initial value or change the value if the initial value was incorrect. This can be quicker than the first model because it eliminates the need for a person to resolve differences (because the second keyer does this as the part of keying). A downside of this technique is that you have to train the second keyer not only in keying, but in difference resolution.

Option 1 is the best.

One of the keyers, or a third independent person, resolves the differences. This is the most thorough way to double enter data

Two persons need to enter each own separate data file.
