Post by Mae »

Hello, i have a problema with the text file, when i want to modify a case, the text file appears encoded in accent orthographic, the information is in spanish.

Here is an example of what text file shows:

í! = á
é = é
í- = í
ó = ó

Is this what you see in CSEntry itself when you modify the case or is it what you see when you open the file in a text editor? Which version of CSPro are you using?

Are you viewing the text file in CSEntry or in a different program?

Hi dear Josh,
Hope you are going great. Long time without posting.

I have figured out that happens when we modify a case in which are using "Write Case function" for modifying information written in external files.
What I mean is that happens with the data of an external file in which use "Write Case Function" for modify some data. The data that gets corrupted by the accents is the one from the external file.

But honestly we don´t know if it´s due CSPro itself or anything else.
For viewing and modifying the data is used only CSPro.
Users don´t use text editors or any other tool for manipulate data.

Any comment about it is really welcome.
Regards to all CSPro Team.
Joshua Figueroa.

Hi Joshua. Could you send us the application where this happens? Also does this happen on the PC or on Android or both?
