urgent help,

hey guys, i just delete by mistake all the data that cspro creates during dataentry,
i have run a recovery and now i have only those files:
Sample.dat.idx
Sample.dat.log
Sample.dat.lst
Sample.dat.not
Sample.dat.sts
i don't know why is in that format and i don't have the Sample.dat file.
can somebody help me recover my data?
