Re: How to make a new Dropbox synchronisation
That is not possible with Dropbox due the way the service works. When you sync with the Dropbox, the Window that pops to take the username and password comes from Dropbox not CSPro. Dropbox itself verifies your password and generates a special token that CSPro uses to interact with Dropbox. That way...

Re: dropbox synchronization question
CSPro 7.0 definitely allows sync via Dropbox, just not using the old method from version 6. Please verify again that you selected Dropbox in the synchronization options in CSPro designer. Open synchronization options, select the radio button for Dropbox and make to sure to click OK in the bottom lef...

Re: dropbox synchronization question
On some Android devices it may be on the menu. You can get the menu by tapping on the three dots in the top right corner or if your device has a hardware menu key you can use that.

Re: Checkbox and SPSS
Mario is correct in that the best approach is to convert to a series of yes/no variables. However I would use the pos() function to determine if a value is checked since it will not matter where in the field the value for that checkbox is. If you just check $[i,2] = "2" it will not be corr...

Re: Geoditic System Used by CsPro Android App
Next time please start a new topic rather than posting to an old - especially since your question is not related to the geoditic system in the title. To save the latitude and longitude you need to create variables in the data dictionary for them and then assign the results of the GPS reading to thos...

Re: Log in to CSWEB server by standard user failed due to insufficient privileges
CSWeb only allows login to the web interface as an admin user. Standard users are used by devices that connect to the server through sync.
Re: exporting
Your data looks to be in the file Sidra2.csdb not Sidra2.dat. I was able to export to csv using that file with no problems. In version 7, the default data file format is csdb and not dat. However you can still use dat format files although they do not support some of the new features like syncdata()...

Re: Preloaded Roster
This is possible in CSPro but takes some advanced programming. The most common approach is to have the information to be preloaded in a lookup file. Then when the interviewer starts the interview, you look up the household in the lookup file using loadcase() based on the identifiers. Then you loop t...
