On setting up cs web when I navigate to X.X.X.X/csweb/setup/ I get the following displayed instead of displaying the set up page.
Any Ideas?

Hi CSProers,
Anyone who has ever experienced duplicated data when you sync to csweb.?
At the same time is possible for the sync operation to only syncs a subset of the data? My client claims they synced 188 records but only 108 were submitted
