We don't have a specification for the CSDB format. It is implemented using SQLite so if you open the file using SQLite and look at the tables you can see the structure. If you can get your PDF dictionary into Excel then you might be able to format the Excel so that it would be useable to paste in dictionary macros but I think it would be easier to just enter it manually. Thanks for reporting the problem. We will fix in the next release. In the meantime, if you close and reopen DataViewer after syncing, the export should work.

Also make sure you are using a recent version of internet explorer. Older versions do not support the Dropbox sign in.

Unfortunately that command only exports the first table. It doesn't handle files that contain more than one table.

They either all need the same Dropbox account or they all need to share the folder Dropbox/CSPro/DataSync. If you go with the latter solution then make sure that they all share it with the same path so it needs Dropbox/CSPro/DataSync in all the Dropbox accounts.

Are you using the same Dropbox account when you sync the devices and when you download the data? You need to use the same username and password for both. If you are, you should the files created in CSPro/DataSync.

The csdb file is not placed in the Dropbox. In order to handle synchronization from multiple devices, syncs to Dropbox are saved in an intermediate format in the Dropbox. You need to use the DataViewer tool to download the data from the Dropbox which will create a csdb file on your PC by reconciling...
