Skip column after certain occurrence

Hello, I have a roster with about 40 occurrences, there is a column that only applies to the first 5 occurrences. How do I skip that column for all the other occurrences after the fifth. Another question, if I use occurrence labels can I make the label appear in the radio button box question? Thanks

Re: Continuous roster

Thanks alot josh, In the last table each entry splits into two to cater for quantities of dry harvest and fresh harvest, how do I handle that.

Continuous roster

I have a table that spans three pages, the first three columns are the same and data should be consistent for these columns on all pages. What is the easiest way to handle this.
