Tabulation showing dots as 1000 separators instead of commas

Dear Forum,

I have been generating tables and it is giving me numbers with 1000 separators as dots instead of commas.
Grateful if anyone can share on how I change the setting for this. ?

Thanks etuser,

I understand your suggestion but it was a suggested table by our demographer. Your suggestion does not include the labor force variable i mentioned in my question, which I need in the columns.

Dear Users,

I have a variable in a Person record that captures each persons income. I want to tabulate household income by summing all these individual income for each household and show the average household income by region.
